 The cooking at home was part of a birthday gift, it allowed for the quality of a restaurant and the cosy home atmosphere. A great idea, but we had our doubts about how it would play out. We wanted a 5 course menu for 10 adults and 2 children of which two where vegetarians, not an easy request! However, Mireille pulled it off amazingly after one lousy phone call. She had brought all the ingredients some of which were already partially prepared after which she fired up the kitchen right away. We started right at the planned time which allowed for the kids to be in bed on time after having their special kids’ meal. After this Mireille continued to spoil the adults and we could conclude the evening full and content. Helping out with clearing the table and some dishes here and there while Mireille prepared the next course, was a great system. The portions, variation, presentation and price where all top class while the wine selection and atmosphere where the same or even better. All in all a great evening and highly recommended.

| 2. Group from Gelderen (16 adults, 2 children) |
 Mireille cooked at home for our group on one chosen night and provided for a complete 5 course meal with great a wine selection to go with it. We did not have to get nor prepare anything; Mireille is a natural in the kitchen of Le Maine Menot and helped create a great cooking chemistry amongst the group. One of our group member comments: “Mireille’s food was delicious, she came by quickly on Sunday to discuss the last details and arrived the next day right on time. After helping her carry in the groceries she started right away. We could not resist a peek every now and then with which she, luckily, had no problem. We enjoyed a great meal and wines and enjoyed how Mireille even set the table with some flowers and such. The kitchen was spotless afterwards and the dishes had even already been placed in the dishwasher. The price stayed under 30 Euros per person with which we were very pleased, I highly recommend it!”
