| Longeveau |
 Longeveau is really great, you will be limited to 9 holes but it can be reached in 15 minutes. It is located in a really nice location and has a great manor to relax and have a great lunch. A little further away lie St. Aulaye and Montpon, these courses are perfectly situated and constructed very well, Lemoges is not much further. Angouleme is only a 30 minute drive, a beautiful city with great culture and a market almost every day. Their 18 hole course is amazing. Cognac is another great city right by the Charente river, by which some great houses are build. Some golf in combination with a tour of these houses is highly recommended. The golf course Hennessy gets the most compliments, situated in Periguex which is about 1 hour drive.
